Douglas Noe has served as a make-up artist for more than 25 years. Beginning in theatre, segueing into fashion and landing in film; he has spent the last 20 years creating characters for such features as 'Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl', 'The Majestic', 'Quarantine', 'The Devil's Rejects', 'Why Do Fools Fall in Love?', 'Planet of the Apes', 'Charlie Wilson's War', 'Yours, Mine and Ours', and 'Fright Night' to name a few. His awards include an Emmy for 'The Shining" mini-series and three Make-up Artist and Hairstylists Guild Awards for 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer', 'A Lesson Before Dying', and the first 'Pirates of the Caribbean'. A lifelong artist, Douglas spends his free time traveling with his family, and working on a variety of portfolio projects.
